Yong Tau Foo

Yong tau foo is a popular dish at hawker centres in Singapore, made up mostly of tofu based items filled with minced meat or fish paste. There numerous ways to have your yong tau foo; either in a clear broth, or dry with a sweet bean sauce. What are your favourite pieces? The choices are usually mind boggling but here is our combination: fried eggplant with minced meat; bittergourd, tau pok, tau kwa, mushroom and a red chilli - all stuffed with fish paste!
